What is a fun spin on lemonade? Tart, grapefruit! So we have this Grapefruit Pink Lemonade from Juls' Kitchen that is the perfect tag along to the pool. You will need: 2 pink organic grapefruits, 6 tablespoons sugar + extra for the rim of your guests' glasses, fresh water and ice, mint to garnish. Squeeze grapefruits in a bowl to collect all the juice, measure your grapefruit juice, then pour it into a pitcher filtering it through a strainer. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add cold water (twice the amount of grapefruit juice) and then according to your taste. Sugar the rim of the glasses and serve the pink lemonade over ice and garnishing with a sprig of fresh mint.
