Before you get started on your seven day bridal workout, you are going to need a few supplies. We suggest buying a new workout outfit, because it ,of course, it always gives us that extra ounce of motivation.  Although new workout gear isn't mandatory, you will need a set of weights (dumbbells) and an exercise mat to get in gear at home with us. 1.
